Haley is a passionate and qualified nutritionist holding a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine) from Endeavour College of Natural Health Melbourne. With a profound interest in the intersection of nutrition and overall well-being, Haley is committed to assisting individuals in optimising their nutrition to enhance their quality of life and achieve optimal health.
Haley’s passion for nutrition was ignited during her previous career as a dancer. However, it was further fuelled by personal experiences when her first child faced skin and mental health challenges, and her husband was diagnosed with ADHD. Implementing food as medicine and appropriate supplementation led to remarkable improvements in the well-being of her family. Motivated by these experiences, Haley embarked on a career in Nutritional Medicine to extend her assistance to others in their pursuit of health and wellness.

Being a mother of three, Haley possesses a deep understanding of the demands of a busy lifestyle where spare time is limited. She is particularly passionate about helping busy individuals prioritise nutrition by offering simple, practical, and stress-free solutions that seamlessly integrate with their routines. Haley adopts a holistic approach to nutrition, acknowledging the uniqueness of each individual and providing personalised care. Her practice is firmly rooted in evidence-based methodologies, and she remains up to date with the latest research and advancements in her field. Combining her nutritional expertise with a compassionate and empathetic demeanour, Haley empowers her clients to make sustainable dietary and lifestyle changes that align with their physical and mental health aspirations.

Specialising in several areas, Haley focuses on:

Mental Health: Haley is deeply committed to promoting mental well-being through personalised nutrition strategies. Recognising the crucial connection between diet and mental health, she emphasises the importance of nutrient-dense foods in supporting brain function and emotional balance. Whether it involves anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns, Haley tailors nutrition plans to optimise brain health and aid in the management of mental health conditions.

Pain Management: Haley passionately embraces the utilisation of nutrition as a complementary approach to pain management. She understands the significant impact that food choices can have on chronic pain conditions such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, and migraines. Collaborating with individuals dealing with chronic pain, Haley offers tailored nutrition plans that incorporate anti-inflammatory foods, supplements, and lifestyle adjustments to alleviate pain and inflammation, boost energy levels, and promote overall well-being.

Paediatrics: Haley acknowledges the pivotal role of nutrition in childhood development and possesses a keen interest in paediatric nutrition. She comprehends the unique nutritional requirements of growing children and adolescents and works closely with parents to ensure their children receive adequate nutrients for healthy growth, cognitive development, and immune function. Haley provides expert guidance on optimising nutrition for picky eaters, managing food allergies, and addressing specific nutritional concerns in infants, toddlers, and teenagers.
