Family Meal Planning Consultations
Initial Consultation (1.5hrs) – $109
In this consultation, we aim to gain a comprehensive understanding of each family member. We explore individual food preferences, lifestyle habits, and activity levels to tailor our approach effectively. Additionally, we conduct thorough health assessments for each member, enabling us to identify dietary needs and opportunities for improvement in overall health. We strongly advocate for the participation of every member, including adults and children, in the meal planning process for the upcoming four weeks. This collaborative approach empowers each individual to have a say in the family’s food choices, fostering a sense of ownership and reducing resistance to dietary changes that may arise.
Presentation of Meal Plan (45 minutes) – $59
The follow-up consultation is scheduled for the week after your initial appointment. During this session, we will present your personalised family meal plan covering four weeks, encompassing breakfast, lunch, dinner, and three snacks daily. We’ll delve into the significance of the food selections, discuss appropriate portion sizes, and highlight the importance of mindful eating practices. This consultation serves as an opportunity for open dialogue, allowing you to address any concerns or reservations about the plan, enabling us to make adjustments to ensure the family’s adherence. You will receive a comprehensive take-home folder containing your complete meal plan, a detailed shopping list, recipes, and informational materials covering nutrients, portion guidance, and overall well-being.
